I plan on doing this repair here, but I am willing to discount the price to sell it as is, if your plan is to chop it and put modern valves on it anyway. Radio solder is - or used to be, before all the hype about breathing lead fumes - 60/40 lead/tin, with a rosin core. A very good replica that doesn't cost as much as the fancier brands. I don't think there is a saxophonist that could keep up with the energy that this horn is capable of putting out.
